Instructions and Help about How Form 8815 Losses

Hey guys i'm nita homie and welcome back to my channel today i'm sharing homemade protein bars also known as energy bars or granola bars these healthy protein bars are easy to make and made with 100% natural ingredients no artificial sweeteners preservatives or additives they're less expensive when compared to store-bought protein bars these healthy granola bars are great as an on-the-go breakfast or as a quick evening snack or even as a post-workout snack children can have this as a healthy energy bar especially during exam time it's loaded with protein fiber antioxidants and omega threes and great to carry to school or to work the nutrition profile is attached at the end of the video so without wasting much time let's get started with the recipe now first I'm roughly chopping some almonds into a ball and measuring 300 grams of old-fashioned rolled oats now you can also use instant oats instead but rolled oats are less processed and has more fiber add in hundred grams of whole wheat flour 75 grams of jaggery powder other options are coconut sugar cane sugar or brown sugar add in 2 tbsp flax seeds for that extra antioxidants and omega threes and in 2 tablespoons freshly ground flax seeds also known as flax meal into a small bowl and then add in about 4 to 5 tbsp of water and mix it really well add it into the bowl the protein in the flaxseed will help to bind the ingredients I also like to use a freshly ground a cinnamon powder and for that I am quickly grinding some cinnamon in my chutney grinder once ground and in two tablespoons cinnamon powder into the bowl now if you are into gyming and would like to make this as a post-workout snack you can use two scoops of whey protein isolate using whey protein isolate is entirely optional and in half cup roasted peanuts now instead of peanuts you can use cashew nuts or any nut of your choice and in 1/2 cup roughly chopped almonds and in half roughly chopped dark chocolate now instead of dark chocolate you can also use chocolate chips and in 1/4 cup of virgin coconut oil and with my hand and roughly mixing all this up and then add in 1/2 cup raisins now this is pure sugarcane jaggery in the melted form which I buy locally and in 1/3 cup pure sugar cane jaggery instead of this you can also use melted jaggery or coconut sugar or even maple syrup now with both my hands and mixing the ingredients and making sure that everything is well combined and in a fat pinch of pink Himalayan salt 1/2 cup of water instead of water you can use any plant-based milk like almond milk or even coconut milk since there are enough nuts in this recipe I'm using plain water this will help the ingredients mix and blend well mix it thoroughly with your hands and at this point remember to pre-heat your oven to 180 degree Celsius now to bake this I'm using a baking tray which I have lined with butter paper transfer the mix into the baking tray and spread it out evenly with your fingers lastly use a measuring cup which is greased with coconut oil and press down and smoothen it with the cup bake this in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degree Celsius please note that oven temperature varies with oven do keep an eye on it after about 18 to 20 minutes so after about 25 minutes the protein bars are nicely baked allow it to cool down lightly and then slice it with a pizza cutter once cooled down you can enjoy them any time of the day so much better and healthier than store-bought protein buzz you will get about 21 bars with this recipe each bar is roughly 50 to 55 grams and 181 calories which is ideal to have as an on-the-go breakfast along with some fruits or as a post-workout meal if having has an evening snack you can reduce the quantity by half once completely cooled down store the healthy protein bars in an airtight glass container and it will keep good for up to two weeks at room temperature so guys do try this healthy energy bar and let me know how this turned out don't forget to like comment and share this video with family and friends thank you for watching and until next time take care bye bye.
